- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain a warm and professional front desk presence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Manage documents, data entry, and office organisation.
- Maintain accurate digital records using Microsoft Excel and relevant systems.
- Assist with school activities, events, and examination periods.
- Provide logistical coordination for special programmes.
- Support school leaders and administration managers.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
- Pleasant personality, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
- Team player with good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in modern office technologies and computer applications.
- Preferably GCE O-Levels or relevant administrative work experience.
- Physically able to climb stairs daily.
Please note that physical stamina is essential for this role due to the requirement to regularly climb stairs at the General Office located at Level 2 without lift access.
