Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Service Crew to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling phone calls and reservations, and ensuring the smooth operation of our nightlife venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experience through friendly and courteous service.
  • Efficiently handle phone calls for reservations and general inquiries.
  • Greet and direct guests to their reserved tables in a timely manner.
  • Take and record food & beverage orders promptly with accuracy.
  • Input orders into our Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food & drinks with a smile while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Ensure safe, clean, and organized service areas at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Present a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Be comfortable handling alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced nightlife setting.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the success of our venue.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in F&B or service crew roles is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team spirit are essential for success in this role.
  • Comfortable working night shifts and serving alcoholic drinks.
