The role of the Compliance Client Liaison is a vital position within our organization, focusing on meeting regulatory and policy requirements through collaboration with global teams.
This position requires strong client-facing skills to work closely with clients across various business sectors and regions, ensuring timely compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
Responsibilities include:
Determining client onboarding requirements in collaboration with bankers, operations, and relevant parties Requesting and collecting KYC documentation from clients Acting as a key point of contact for clients, as well as internal functions such as bankers, operations, risk, and others Tracking all KYC onboarding-related populations in partnership with coverage teams Removing roadblocks and guiding cases to completion to meet signing deadlines Covering respective KYC client portfolios across business and regions, adhering to internal governance routines and those governed by support partners Monitoring and understanding risks and impacts of non-compliance with KYC processes Gathering client feedback to improve-
