The Successful Applicant A successful Candidate should have: Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the retail or luxury industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A client-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks. An understanding of luxury retail dynamics and customer expectations. The ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
