WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Own the product roadmap and help lead the product strategy on important products and initiatives of the company. Develop goals and metrics for the product team on short- and long-term horizons and help them deliver. Partner closely with engineering, marketing, and other internal teams to create, drive, and deliver innovative, compelling product experiences. Ensure that product, methodology definition, engineering, and other aspects of product development come together seamlessly throughout the product life cycle. Develop strong working relationships across the Engineering leadership and peers to support the delivery of project plans. Help product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint. Understand business needs, analyze requirements, and set up project schedules. Set and improve product development processes from user feedback or idea inception to the development and go-to-market strategy. Act as a safeguard for the team. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 7-10 years of Product Management experience in the E-Commerce industry including product conception as well as launching, building, and growing multiple products. Experience working in Mainland China, APAC, and SEA. Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant disciplines. Possess software development project experience (preferably for websites, mobile web, and apps). Experience in Agile and Waterfall techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games. Action-oriented with good communication skills for all levels of stakeholders. Strong logical and systematic mindset with the ability to think of ways to improve processes and provide effective system solutions.
