Gaining agreements on and achieving project goals and objectives, balancing, and managing the project scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks.
Leading diverse project team(s), empowering the team members to become efficient and effective.
Building partnerships with the project’s stakeholders (both internal and external), leveraging them to achieve organizational goals, and able to influence their opinions and negotiate effective solutions.
Monitoring project activities, appropriately balancing risk taking and issue escalation and setting up detailed progress / escalation reports (including suggested corrective actions) for the project steering team.
Assuring Change Management Deliverables per Program/Market/Business/Function are delivered on time in full to enable a leader-led transformation, escalating when appropriate.
Performing change impact analysis and localization creating transparency on change effort anticipating risks and road-blocks.
Supporting Organizational readiness assuring a successful handover to standing organization during Continuous Improvement phase.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Project Management or Supply Chain Management
PMP Certification (desired) or equivalent.
3-5 years of relevant working experience, including experience of leading workstreams within projects from idea through implementation with evidence of business impact.
Project Management experience, including experience in Change Management and working in matrix organizations, leading cross-functional workstreams preferred.
Consulting skills, ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels and across different geographical regions.
