Now, we're looking for a
Creative Team Lead , someone who brings the eye of a seasoned designer, the brain of a strategist, and the calm, commanding presence of a team captain.
You should be as comfortable building moodboards as you are building team morale. Someone who thrives in the messy middle, knows how to get from chaos to clarity, and pushes not just pixels, but people, towards better.
A bit about us:
We're a curious, collaborative and multi-disciplinary bunch, which is practically a requirement because every project requires a deep amount of learning. In fact, oftentimes we end up knowing our client's business better than they know it themselves (don't tell them that).
We're not big on rigid hierarchies. Everyone's expected to wear a few hats (cowboy, astronaut, wizard, you name it), and you'll be hands-on from the earliest stages of strategy to the final moments of execution. You'll also be mentoring, guiding, reviewing, and shaping the creative direction of others, so you'll need to know how to inspire without micro-managing, and how to lead without ego.
We do expect high standards. Not just for the work, but for how we work: with empathy, clarity and pride.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead a small but mighty team of designers and creatives across projects.
Set the design direction and uphold design excellence across brand, digital, experiential and motion.
Guide conceptual development and elevate ideas through strong design thinking.
Be hands-on in the work (this is still a doing role, not just directing).
Collaborate with Creative Directors, Strategists, Developers and Clients to bring ideas to life.
Own quality and craft from start to finish. Nno dropping the baton.
Champion good process, honest critique, and a healthy, collaborative culture.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in creative agencies, studios or consultancies.
Proven leadership experience mentoring, managing and motivating a team.
A folio of exceptional work that spans digital, brand and motion.
The ability to take the lead in fast-moving, high-stakes projects.
Deep proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and a 3D tool of choice.
A strategic, articulate communicator who knows how to sell an idea and give clear feedback.
A balance of creative ambition and executional rigour.
Bonus Points For
Motion design and video editing chops.
Experience in immersive/digital installations or experiential campaigns.
Interest in emerging tech (AI, spatial computing, generative tools).
