Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations Manager
Job Objective
Your role as the Business Development Executive for A2 P Messaging is to be responsible for closing new deals and bringing new outstanding features at the best value to our customers.
You will also be responsible for expanding our client base, presenting the company and have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Main Tasks
Pitch and close partnership deals by bringing the best products and features at the best value for our customers.
Conduct research to develop good knowledge regarding sectors, markets, new sales opportunities, and customer needs, also to provide regular competitor analysis and studies about the market.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Set up meetings with potential clients and vendors.
Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Prospect, qualify, and close new global sales opportunities.
Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
Assist in the development of a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Identify, negotiate, and close grand Perks for Monty Mobile A2 P services offering.
Contribute to strategic deal-making efforts to improve Monty Mobile’s global and regional partnerships offering to increase user acquisition and revenue.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network with relevant stakeholders, gain industry insight, and represent the A2 P sales unit in the marketplace.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any other related field.
4+ years of experience as Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or any relevant role.
Experience with A2 P Sales.
Professional proficiency in English is required.
Local language proficiency.
Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to construct, analyze and deliver new business lines/products.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Experience in market research and analysis.
Great communication skills both written and verbal.
