Responsibilities
Lead
qualitative
and
quantitative
research independently to analyze user behavior, brand awareness, entertainment preferences, and lifestyle habits in the SEA region.
Continuously deepen the understanding of local markets and player demographics, delivering strategic insights to both the publishing and user research teams.
Work closely with publishing teams to identify research needs and collaborate with data scientists, insight teams, and other stakeholders to drive the application of research findings.
Oversee and manage offline research projects, ensuring proper research design, execution quality, and contingency planning for any challenges that arise.
Expand and optimize user recruitment channels, integrate player contact databases, and manage relationships with overseas vendors to enhance research operations.
Requirements
Recognised local degree.
At least 3 years of experience in end-user research, preferably in the gaming or internet industry, with a strong understanding of research methodologies.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin (We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients and counterparts.)
Proficiency in
qualitative
and
quantitative
research methods (including interviews and data analysis, with the ability to expand research resources and streamline coordination).
Passion for MOBA games is a plus; willingness to travel for business trips.
Other Information
Monday - Friday, flexible working hours as long as work is completed
Work from home once a week.
Company located @ Raffles Place MRT.
Basic up to $10k.
