Job Description

As a senior technology leader, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications and business-critical systems. Your expertise in software architecture, system integration, and enterprise application development will be instrumental in driving technical innovation and excellence.

You will lead a team of skilled engineers, application developers, and technical specialists to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and expectations. Your strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills will enable you to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within scope, on schedule, and in compliance with quality benchmarks. You will also define and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and architectural frameworks to ensure consistency and best practices throughout the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8–12 years in software development, including 3–5 years in a managerial or technical leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple software projects and development teams.
  • Strong expertise in software architecture, system integration, and enterprise application development.
  • Hands-on background with modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to enterprise application management, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and analytics tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to plan, strategize, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
