Job Title: Senior Technology Leader

We seek a seasoned Senior Technology Leader to join our Digital and Information Technology department. This role will play a key leadership position, supporting the Director in managing the organization's technology infrastructure, systems, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic goals and objectives aligned with business objectives;
  • Contribute to IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with best practices and industry standards;
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring availability, reliability, and security of technology infrastructure, systems, and networks;
  • Review operational procedures and processes to support efficient service delivery and incident/problem resolution;
  • Lead, manage, and mentor IT professionals, promoting collaboration and effective communication and coordination;
  • Identify training and development needs, providing opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth;
  • Manage project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any issues or challenges;
  • Perform outsourcing management, ensuring contractual obligations are met and projects needs are fulfilled;
  • Manage procurement, evaluate vendor proposals, make recommendations for vendor selection and procurement decisions;
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding data privacy, security, and IT operations;
  • Contribute to IT governance frameworks and policies;
  • Participate in audits and assessments, providing necessary documentation and addressing findings and recommendations;
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Director, covering key performance indicators during their absence;
  • Foster positive relationships and effective communication channels;
  • Maintain and update quality records according to standard guidelines on identification, filing, storage, maintenance, and disposition of these records;
  • Cover duties of fellow colleagues in their absence;
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Recognized Professional Certificate/Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma;
  • PMP Certification or CITPM;
  • More than 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in managing teams, with a track record of managing complex IT operations and projects;
  • Preferred to have managed IT projects related to the healthcare domain;
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and emerging technologies;
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment;
  • Good knowledge of project management, including managing contracts, project budgets, work breakdown structures, and systems integration;
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities;
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and compliance standards;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present project status to senior-level management;
  • Good skills in MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel, and other job-related applications.
