Job Title: Strategic Technology Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Technology Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge technology strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement long-term technology strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead the architectural design of scalable, secure, and high-performance technology systems.
  • Oversee project delivery, managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Foster effective collaboration among teams, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on business operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in senior IT roles, ideally within the aviation or travel industry.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps practices, and agile development methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide IT professionals towards achieving common goals.
