Enterprise Architect Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead our enterprise technology landscape. This role requires a broad range of expertise including cloud platforms, data streaming, data architecture, DevOps, security, AI, and software product development.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity that involves designing and evolving our enterprise architecture practices, standards, and roadmaps aligned with business and digital transformation goals.

  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture practices, standards, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead architectural governance and ensure alignment across business units and technology domains.
  • Drive the planning and design of major system components and changes, ensuring business requirements and objectives are met with emphasis on security, scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure high security standards are employed across all projects.
  • Design and implement data engineering processes and practices, driving modernization of data pipelines towards integration with AI, ML, and other modern data processing technologies.
  • Apply knowledge from shipping and logistics domains.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Software architecture or senior technical leadership role.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architecture.
  • Strong expertise in service-oriented, distributed computing, and event-driven architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of data architecture, DevOps, security, and AI/ML platforms.
  • Experience designing integration frameworks for internal and external systems.
  • Familiarity with maritime technologies, standards, and operational systems is a strong plus.
  • Experience in Maritime industry, particularly in container shipping and logistics, will be advantageous.
  • PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.
  • Confluent Certified Developer or Architect for Apache Kafka.
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
  • CISSP or equivalent security certification.
