Senior Rail Technology Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Rail Technology Leader to join our team. As a key member of our engineering leadership group, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of advanced signalling systems for high-profile rail projects in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership on-site where needed, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-time execution.
  • Lead and develop a self-sustaining engineering center-hiring, mentoring, and growing a team of high-performing engineers.
  • Define and implement best practices across all signalling disciplines, promoting technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in railway signalling and automation, including deep knowledge of design, delivery, and operations.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams, with both functional and people leadership responsibilities.
