Senior Project Leader - Rail Communications

This is a high-level role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex railway communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, with a deep understanding of rail communication systems and technologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • - Oversee cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • - Participate in pre-sales activities and provide technical leadership on railway communication systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications.
  • At least 15 years of experience in managing large-scale railway communication projects, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience working with Singapore's LTA and MRT/LRT operators.
  • Strong project management skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities.
