Job Description 职位描述 As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and developing new channel partnerships. You will expand the company's partner ecosystem, generate new opportunities, and collaborate with Partnership Executives for contract finalization and onboarding.作为业务拓展专员,您将负责渠道拓展,合作伙伴开发与筛选。您将扩展公司的合作伙伴生态,创造新业务机会,并与合作伙伴专员协作完成签约与入驻。Key Responsibilities 主要职责 Identify, qualify, and onboard potential channel partners 识别,筛选并拓展潜在渠道合作伙伴 Build and maintain a strong partner pipeline 建立并维护合作伙伴资源管道 Execute outreach campaigns and engagement activities 执行外联活动和合作拓展计划 Achieve development tasks and targets set by the company 完成公司设定的渠道开发任务与指标 Collaborate with Partnership Executives to ensure successful signing and onboarding 与合作伙伴专员协作,确保合作签约与入驻顺利完成 Track development metrics and prepare regular reports 跟踪渠道开发数据并提交报告 Provide insights on market trends and partner opportunities 提供市场趋势与渠道机会洞察 ✅ Requirements 任职要求 Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 商业,市场或相关学历 1-3 years of business development or channel sales experience 1-3年业务拓展或渠道销售经验 Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills 具备拓展,谈判和关系管理能力 Familiar with CRM and pipeline management 熟悉CRM系统与销售管道管理 Proven ability to meet development goals and KPIs 有完成开发指标与KPI的经验 Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus 英语流利,会中文优先
