You will be instrumental in driving sales renewal rates by managing pre- and post-sales administrative tasks, enabling smooth lifecycle selling.Thispermanent positionoffers an exciting opportunity to join the pioneering Sales Support Desk team in Singapore. We are looking for individuals who are independent, meticulous, and comfortable managing ambiguity while establishing new processes and workflows. Handling confidential information with integrity and escalating complex issues to appropriate channels will be key.Successful candidates will be the subject matter expert to present accurate sales quotations, review sales contracts, update accounts notes in CRM systems, perform customer research, identify high-risk customer accounts, gather and develop sales data mapping to help the sales team overcome customer objections and mitigate risks.
