Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across fashion markets in Asia, driving brand visibility, digital transformation, and customer engagement. This role requires cross‐functional leadership, strategic thinking, and hands‐on management of campaigns, content, and team performance to deliver measurable business impact. Responsibilities Lead 360° marketing campaigns (digital, retail, PR, influencer) for seasonal collections and key brand moments. Partner with merchandising and retail teams to deliver traffic‐driving initiatives and in‐store experiences that reflect the brand DNA. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across markets to strengthen brand desirability and customer loyalty. Coordinate with HQ, creative teams, and local markets to ensure alignment and execution. Develop seasonal calendars, campaigns, and optimize channel efficiency for retail and e‐commerce. Requirements 8‐10 years of regional marketing experience within the fashion, apparel, footwear, or accessories retail industry. Proven track record in international or multi‐market exposure. Strong experience in brand building, retail marketing, digital campaigns, and PR activations.
