We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our MSc Academic and Programme Management Team within the Academic Programme Office (APO) of the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE).
Job Description:
As a Manager at EEE, NTU, you will oversee the strategic planning and operational management of academic programs within your assigned department. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of administrators to ensure the effective delivery of academic programs and services.Managing program budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting to support departmental objectives.Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance program quality and student experience.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote program excellence and innovation.Utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in program outcomes.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in educational administration or program management.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.Previous experience in data analytics or statistical analysis is advantageous.Familiarity with higher education policies and accreditation standards is beneficial.Hiring Institution: NTU
