Working in the Talent Acquisition department, the job responsibilities of the successful incumbent will include: Develop and maintain relationships with key university stakeholders, including career services offices, faculty, and student organizations Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events Having end-to-end oversight of intern management process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization Coordinate internship program logistics, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations Driving new initiatives to enhance internship experience and work with stakeholders to review PSA internship program. Serve as the primary point of contact for interns, providing guidance and support throughout their internship experience Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment and internship management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Possess at least 1 year experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, orrelated area Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, faculty, and hiring managers Good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills Results-driven and takes ownership and accountability Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills A strong relationship builder who can engage effectively across diverse groups andstakeholders Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment Proactive and a team player Working knowledge of editing software such as Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro etc Proficient in Microsoft Excel Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. #J-18808-Ljbffr
