Role: Working in the Human Resource Team, you will play a pivotal role in executing the campus recruitment front to grow & market the business groups in Singapore. In this role, you will drive the corporate recruiting/screening process, as well as support Corporate Branding initiatives including partnerships & engagement projects through schools (such as Networking/Learning & Development sessions), and managing our corporate presence across online and offline platforms. Expect an engaging and people-oriented role as we actively grow our presence within the recruiting and consulting space in Singapore and APAC. D&D, CSR, Fun Day & workshops Job Responsibilities Full-suite of Talent Acquisition; including managing job boards, screening applicants, interviewing & conducting job offers and onboarding of new hires. Take ownership of candidate experience; ensuring smooth process across application, interview, offer and placement Drive Corporate Branding initiatives to expand existing corporate partnerships & outreach (Linked In & Instagram, Job Portals, EDMs & Job Fairs, School & Outreach Initiatives, Virtual Workshops etc.) Partner with various stakeholders/entities on HR projects (eg. Virtual Trainings, Networking sessions, Collaborations) to boost organisation branding & publicity. Keep up-to-date with market trends and practices Explore other avenues of outreach and online marketing to boost corporate branding Participate/plan internal organisation events such as annual company D&D, Funday, CSR and workshops across the year.
