The Human Resource Executive at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd will be responsible for managing full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations. This role requires a strategic advisor who can coordinate with the Operations Department to fulfill manpower requirements and ensure compliance with Company policies, government regulations, and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Human Resource in daily tasks and matters in the Human Resource Department.
- Implement HR-related programmes and policies, apply for HR-related certifications and grants, establish internships and industrial attachments with educational institutions, and participate in recruitment fairs.
- Perform asset, inventory, and financial reconciliation with the Accounts Department and generate monthly reports for Management.
- Use HR and payroll software as well as Enterprise Resource Planning systems to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the systems.
- Ensure procedures, products, and services rendered comply with Company policies, government regulations, and ISO standards.
- Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.
