Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into actionable insights through data-driven dashboards and reports.
  • Design, test, and deploy data analytics solutions using SQL-based frameworks with Power BI/Tableau.
  • Ensure quality delivery through rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end-users.
  • Perform data audits, vulnerability checks, and feasibility assessments.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation for deployed solutions.
  • Collaborate with integration, database, and HR platform teams on implementation.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven SQL skills in data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience in UAT, stakeholder engagement, and user training.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Power BI (preferred), Tableau or Qlik.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Python / R programming skills for data analysis or machine learning models.
  • Experience with HRIS, workforce analytics, or compliance-related projects.
