About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a Data Insights Specialist, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Integration:
- Gather data from diverse sources including Excel, databases, APIs, and third-party services.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the collection process.
- Automate data collection workflows where possible.
- Data Pipeline Design & Development:
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines for efficient data processing.
- Build and maintain ETL processes to clean, transform, and load data into data lakes or warehouses.
- Optimize pipelines for performance, reliability, and security.
- Implement monitoring and logging to ensure pipeline health and resilience.
- Data Storage & Management:
- Design and manage storage solutions to ensure efficient access and retrieval of data.
- Optimize storage for cost-effectiveness and query performance.
- Apply data governance practices to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Visualization & Reporting:
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored visualizations.
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and capable of real-time or near-real-time updates.
- Insight Generation:
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
