About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a Data Insights Specialist, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection & Integration:
    • Gather data from diverse sources including Excel, databases, APIs, and third-party services.
    • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the collection process.
    • Automate data collection workflows where possible.
  • Data Pipeline Design & Development:
    • Design and implement scalable data pipelines for efficient data processing.
    • Build and maintain ETL processes to clean, transform, and load data into data lakes or warehouses.
    • Optimize pipelines for performance, reliability, and security.
    • Implement monitoring and logging to ensure pipeline health and resilience.
  • Data Storage & Management:
    • Design and manage storage solutions to ensure efficient access and retrieval of data.
    • Optimize storage for cost-effectiveness and query performance.
    • Apply data governance practices to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  • Visualization & Reporting:
    • Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored visualizations.
    • Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and capable of real-time or near-real-time updates.
  • Insight Generation:
    • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
    • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
    • Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
