Job Title: Fine Dining Service Manager

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our fine dining service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and consistency across all buffet stations.
  • Clear used dishes, cutlery, and glassware from tables efficiently, ensuring smooth table turnover.
  • Reset tables quickly and neatly for the next guests, providing an exceptional dining experience.
  • Promote a clean and safe environment in the dining and buffet areas, adhering to rigorous health and safety protocols.
  • Engage with guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns, while delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain efficient stock control and proper storage of food and beverage supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with food handling, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Assist with setup and closing duties for buffet service, guaranteeing seamless transitions.
  • Support new hires in developing service standards and hygiene practices, promoting a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or lounge setting is highly valued.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in daily tasks.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments, maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and lift trays or dishes safely.
