Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor
Description:
The role of a Guest Service Supervisor is to oversee the smooth operation of the front desk, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have a positive experience at our establishment.
This includes managing the daily operations of the reception area, handling guest requests and complaints, and maintaining accurate records of guest information. The supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to provide warm and personalized attention to our guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise daily operations of the Reception section, including arrival and departure procedures, room sales, and VIP, group, and crew room assignments.
- Ensure prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition for all guests, resolving related problems efficiently.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, providing further instructions as needed to maintain customer satisfaction and recording all complaints.
- Liaise and coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate information on guests, including rate, room type, billing, and guest requests.
Requirements:
- A strong command of English language.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations.
