About the Role We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a problem‐solving mindset, and experience working with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom applications, integrations, and workflows on the Salesforce platform. Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to meet business needs. Implement and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components. Integrate Salesforce with third‐party applications and APIs. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce environments. Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using best practices. Knowledge and experience on Project Management framework. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Strong knowledge and hands‐on experience in Salesforce Core CRM functionalities , including: Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts Management of standard and custom objects Reports and Dashboards Security and Sharing Settings Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL. Experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder). Familiarity with integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware). Salesforce Developer certification(s) preferred. Strong problem‐solving and communication skills. Nice‐to‐Have Experience with non‐profit Salesforce solutions (e.g., Nonprofit Success Pack).
