Senior Executive/Executive, Membership & Guest Services Responsibilities Perform day-to-day operations of Membership and Guest Services duties, including attending to general enquiries and guest feedback, and processing of membership related transactions. Prepare daily shift opening/closing processes and documents. Work closely with other front-of-house functions to ensure that location-based membership services are operating effectively and efficiently. Work with casino marketing teams to promote membership programs and benefits, floor promotions and campaigns, and members’ events.
