Job Description

The role of a Merchandise Coordinator is to build strong relationships with key customers, secure orders and ensure products are well-merchandised in retail outlets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build good working relationships and secure orders from key customers.
  • Ensure all products are well-merchandised with ample stocks at retail outlets.
  • Monitor pricing and inventory level.
  • Ensure P.O.S. materials are well-displayed.
  • Ensure products are well-displayed and rotated on shelves.
  • Check and ensure all or near expired stocks on shelf are flushed out and rotated on FIFO (first in first out).
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with sales representative on all operational issues.
  • Key store personnel on ordering and replenishment of stocks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, and possess good visual merchandising skills.
