Job Title: Junior Merchandiser

We are seeking a talented Merchandise Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a vital role in planning and coordinating merchandise to ensure optimal product assortment, stock levels, and performance across all retail channels.

  • Assist in seasonal merchandise planning activities by analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Monitor stock levels and sales performance across stores and e-commerce platforms to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with store teams to manage replenishment and transfers, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.
  • Analyze sell-through rates, bestsellers, and underperforming items to inform purchasing decisions and optimize product offerings.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on product launches and visual merchandising plans to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Prepare reports on sales trends and stock status to provide insights for business growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion merchandising, retail buying, or inventory management, with excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are also essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, retail buying, or inventory management.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems (e.g., POS/ERP systems).
  • Passion for fashion retail and current trends.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
