The role of a Revenue Manager is crucial in the hospitality industry, where optimizing revenue streams is key to business success.

This exciting opportunity has arrived at our boutique hotel group, which currently encompasses four properties: Maxwell Reserve, Autograph Collection Hotel (Marriott); Duxton Reserve, Autograph Collection Hotel (Marriott); The Vagabond Club, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel (Marriott); and The Serangoon Club, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel (Marriott).

You will be responsible for managing rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue, maintaining accuracy of information, and enhancing automation efforts in the reservation system. Additionally, you will assist in preparing competitive analysis and other supporting documents for presentation at market sales strategy meetings.

A key aspect of this role is assisting in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate restrictions and strategy to properties. You will also perform all Revenue Management month-end reporting and auditing, providing forward-looking information for forecasting, targeting areas of improvement, and balancing financial expectations.

To achieve these goals, you will accurately generate, process, and update property and market Revenue Management reports, serving as the primary source for most reporting and analytical needs of the Revenue Management team. Furthermore, you will assist with system maintenance, including inputting rate hurdles, monitoring forecasted demand, updating group forecasting, and running daily system checks.
