We are seeking a Strategic Business Innovator to join us in our pursuit of optimizing supply chain processes.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary thinker with an innate ability to quickly assimilate complex business landscapes, identify latent opportunities, and contribute to architecting solutions that deliver unparalleled value.

As a Business Model Innovation Analyst, you will work closely with our Lead Innovator to shape the future direction of our services and partnerships. The role requires deep business acumen, strategic alignment, innovation pipeline development, leadership and management insight, collaborative problem solving, and core value innovation.
Responsibilities:
Business Process Optimization:
Quickly and thoroughly grasp customer business needs, diagnose root issues, identify critical business constraints, and analyze the competitive landscape and future trends.
Strategic Partnership Development:
Articulate how customer business challenges and goals can be effectively addressed and led by our service menu, fostering strong, value-driven partnerships.
Innovation Pipeline Management:

Proactively identify business goals ripe for potential digital transformation proposals and cultivate a robust pipeline of BPR solutions that redefine conventional approaches.

Leadership & Collaboration:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of how General Managers operate and manage their businesses, identifying key decision-making drivers and strategic priorities.

Knowledge Leadership:
Contribute significantly to and help curate a central knowledge repository of critical business know-how.
Problem Solving:
Collaborate closely with managers to diagnose, analyze, and solve complex business issues, driving effective, cross-functional solutions.
Value Proposition Innovation:
Champion initiatives that push beyond incremental improvements, actively seeking to understand and innovate the fundamental core value proposition of vendor-to-vendor business models within the automotive supply chain.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a functional or business analyst, or performing a role in business strategy or business development.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process re-engineering, digital transformation, or strategic innovation projects.
  • Proven track record of understanding complex business challenges and contributing to actionable, value-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or supply chain operations.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill complex information into clear insights.
  • Strong strategic thinking and foresight to anticipate future industry trends and their impact on business models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels of an organization, from operational teams to executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in identifying and leveraging digital technologies for business innovation.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Travel Requirements:
  • The role requires short monthly overseas travel in the Asia-Pacific region to meet with customers, partners and internal teams.
