About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead strategic innovation and drive organizational efficiency. As a key member of our Investment Services Management team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing comprehensive business strategies aligned with our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business operating models, processes, and tools to enhance operational effectiveness and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Formulate AI, digital, and data strategies aligned with business goals, collaborating with Technology teams.
  • Collaborate with partners and service providers to drive strategic market infrastructure evolution and best practices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, or related fields with 10-15 years of relevant experience in financial services and/or strategy consulting.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and project management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
  • The ability to drive change and foster collaboration across departments.
