Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Specialist to lead departmental initiatives, manage strategic programs, and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise and effective stakeholder engagement skills to support organisational goals.

  • Support and lead implementation of departmental initiatives and strategic plans.
  • Deliver results that create measurable impact across the organisation.
  • Utilise functional expertise to guide decisions and solve problems.
  • Plan and execute events, workshops, and engagements aligned with key goals.
  • Manage programs to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Identify and recommend ways to improve and innovate processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in program management, digital transformation, or public sector innovation.
  • Demonstrated success in leading initiatives and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience in engaging stakeholders and delivering impactful projects.
  • Familiarity with process improvement approaches such as LEAN, Agile, or Design Thinking.
