Job Title: Strategic Business Lead
About the Role:The Strategic Business Lead will be responsible for driving regional business initiatives, including business expansion, profit and loss optimization, product enhancement, and cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  2. Oversee end-to-end management of cross-country and cross-functional projects, from business planning to operational workflows.
  3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across teams to ensure business alignment.
  4. Conduct deep dives into critical issues to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.
  5. Take ownership of both short-term and long-term business objectives to achieve sustainable growth.

Requirements:
  1. 3–8 years of relevant work experience; prior exposure to payments, banking, internet, or fintech industries is a plus.
  2. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong logical reasoning and critical thinking abilities.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven success in stakeholder management.
  4. Experience in app growth, online product growth, merchant partnerships.
