About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Innovation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to create user journey maps and wireframes.
  • Developing user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and detailed process maps to streamline current workflows and business processes.
  • Participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews & retrospectives, and assisting in project management matters.
  • Conducting and facilitating User Acceptance Test (UAT) and trainings for users, providing support services throughout the project.
Key Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in business analysis, IT project implementation, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management of Information Systems, Information/Infocom Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience with IT project implementation, specifically on user requirements gathering, IT business analysis, application solutioning, UI/UX design, and testing software.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and Cloud platform projects, preferably using Jira, Figma, MS Visio, and Tricentis Tosca.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • A good command of the English language, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
