Inventory Control Specialist

As a skilled Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production workflow.
- Participate in and support Health and Safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing line clearance according to MPI0004 and 6S standards.
- Contribute to Production and Engineering improvement projects, including Kaizen initiatives, to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Assist in daily production operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and manage material inventory and loading to meet production schedules.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency and minimize delays.
- Provide regular updates to the Supervisor regarding production progress and any issues encountered.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team for work order releases and timely material supply to production.
- Ensure inventory accuracy in the system and verify alignment with physical stock.
- Participate in stock-taking activities for both raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure materials are stored properly in accordance with manufacturing protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Nitec in Engineering, Logistics or equivalent degree.
- At least one year of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
- Knowledgeable in GMP, ISO, cleanroom procedures, and documentation standards.
