We are seeking a technical professional to join our Car Park Technical Support team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and performance of preventative maintenance on security and parking equipment, as well as day-to-day troubleshooting and corrective maintenance at various car park sites. This includes:

  • Performing routine checks and maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment.
  • Investigating and resolving technical issues with customers, contractors, and vendors in a timely manner.
  • Providing necessary training to teammates and end-users on equipment operation and maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Diploma or Professional Certificate in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or any related field.
  • Good communication and presentation skills with excellent command of English.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in car park or security field.
  • Experience dealing with CCTV, network access, and other security devices will be advantageous.
