As a Senior Learning and Culture Manager, We Rely on You To
Be responsible for full spectrum of L&D processes to determine needs and ensure effectiveness of programs design, development and implementation
Create and drive multiple learning and keeping abreast of trends, needs, ideas and innovation, introducing and incorporating innovative and appropriate learning methodologies and technologies to facilitate learning and transformative development
Drive and embed the group’s culture, beliefs and nature
Be able to facilitate and conduct internal trainings and orientations for new employees
Ensure that induction and orientation for new employees are properly carried out
Identify, establish and build network and partnerships with providers and partners and relevant government agencies on initiatives, grants and sponsorships
Prepare of training budget, training plans and reports
Develop internal training program based on training plan for the year
Recommend internal and external teaching resources
Manage the learning and development team and its structure to develop competencies of the team
We Are Looking for Someone With
Good professional track record
Good leadership skills
A Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related fields
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
Ability to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines
Ability to coach and guide team along by imparting knowledge and role modeling
