Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day procurement related function and ensure that same carried out within allocated budget. (for 2 Vessels)

To source for suppliers and issue RFQ requests as per department procedures.

Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of supplies to vessels.

Maintain updated purchasing records/data and pricing using the ERP software.

To process invoices in the system and if necessary, to follow up with accounts to ensure
