Job Summary:
A Strategic Human Resources Professional is needed to support our recruitment efforts, create job advertisements, organize interviews, and handle related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will work closely with authorities to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including creating job ads and organizing interviews.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in Singapore.

• Maintain and update employee records, including employment contracts and increments.

• Implement and manage HR software systems.

• Liaise with external parties on ISO, insurance renewal, or application-related matters.

• Prepare and print documents for operational purposes.

• Involve government grant processes.

• Collaborate with the HR team to implement solutions and scale the business.

• Update internal databases, including sick and maternity leave records.

• Manage MOM applications and duties as assigned.
Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resource or Administrative roles.

• Hold a Diploma in a relevant field.

• Demonstrate strong teamwork skills.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision required.
