Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Professional

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
Handle employee records, contracts, and HR documentation with accuracy.
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely processing in collaboration with the finance team.
Support performance management processes, including appraisal tracking and training coordination.
Advise employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits queries.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Organize employee engagement and wellness activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management and above.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Functions.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions carefully.
