Responsibilities Conduct analysis and draft moderation operating guidelines and playbooks in collaboration with the Governance team. Continuously evaluate, propose, and execute improvements for existing processes and policies. Review and align how knowledge is captured and organized to drive the best business outcomes. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for stakeholders. Partner with internal stakeholders in strategies and operations to develop effective training and knowledge management. Work closely with the quality assurance team to identify improvement areas to elevate human moderation accuracy. Process Optimization: Strong ability in workflow design and optimization with rigorous logical thinking. Data Analysis: Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.). Communication: Excellent coordination skills to effectively collaborate across teams. Adaptability: Fast learner who thrives in new technical challenges. Work Ethic: Highly responsible and able to work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, problem-solving skills and able to thrive in an ambiguous working environment. Understanding of global E-Commerce trends is a strong plus.
