Residential Project Architectural Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the completion of residential project projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project teams in completing projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Concurrently manage multiple projects from design stage to completion under guidance.
  • Produce drawings and BIM models required by projects, including production of BIM Model, submission drawings, detailed drawings, clash detection coordination, construction drawing, and as-built documentation.
  • Submit documents to authorities and ensure all forms, drawings, and BIM models are submitted and liaise with authorities for submission matters as required under senior supervision.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Architecture.
  • Have 1-2 years experience as an Architectural Assistant.
