High-End Residential Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Executive to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential projects and hotels, with experience in both design and construction stages.
- Oversee the construction process and ensure that project is on schedule and design intent is implemented.
- Prepare design drawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings and working drawings for coordination with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
- Manage a remote drafting team.
- Build rapport with Clients, Contractors and Consultants.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines.
- Conduct site meetings, site walks for projects under construction.
- Assist Architect with contract administration.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Singapore, a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture, and experience in high-end residential houses and hospitality projects. Strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, VRay/Enscape, and contract administration are essential.
Additional qualifications include a QP (if applicable), familiarity with submission processes, and an ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
