Job Title: High-End Residential Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled project coordinator to lead the execution and delivery of high-end landed residential projects, including detached, semi-detached, and terrace houses.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all site activities and ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
  • Plan project timelines, resource needs, and budgets in alignment with development goals.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, interior designers, quantity surveyors, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any technical or operational issues.
  • Manage procurement and logistics for materials and site equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing landed residential construction projects with proven track record of completed projects.
  • Solid knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in construction project management software.
  • Able to manage multiple houses/projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
