Job Title: Chief Financial Operations Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team as a Chief Financial Operations Officer.

This role requires a strong background in finance, accounting principles, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a high degree of autonomy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying vendor invoices, ensuring prompt and accurate processing of invoices, and verifying and processing employees' expense claims with proper documentation and approvals.

Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and handling month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, reports, and audit schedules will also be part of the role.

Supporting finance-related projects such as automation, process enhancements, and analytics, and collaborating across teams to resolve issues and support both internal and external audits will be key responsibilities of the position.

Requirements

  • Singaporean citizen
  • Minimum ACCA/Degree in any accounting/finance or relevant discipline
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
