Duties:
Support Failure Analysis for Quality Issues
Report issues found, provide relevant information and follow solutions to their conclusion.
Conduct and support Customer Meeting & Quality Improvement Activities
Monitor product quality, identify areas of improvement and address those issues with innovative solutions.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Electronics/IT Engineering or related.
At least 0-3 years of work experience in electronics/semiconductor industry.
Experience in technical support for requests/inquiries with a proactive attitude.
