Business Excellence Executive

The Opportunity:

As a Business Excellence Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction and optimizing core business processes. Reporting directly to the Business Excellence Director, you will identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and utilize data to drive impactful decisions, directly contributing to the company's long-term success.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related fields who are eager to:

  • Gain hands-on experience in strategic business improvement and process management.
  • Develop strong analytical skills through practical application of data analysis.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and contribute to high-level company initiatives.
  • Build a foundational understanding of operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment where their contributions directly impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

  • Review existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Propose and implement solutions for streamlining workflows and enhancing operational effectiveness.
  • Support talent management by recruiting suitable candidates, promoting continuous on-the-job training and improvement through collaborating with departments to review learning materials and SOPs.

2. Data Analysis & Strategic Planning Support:

  • Regularly update inventory and sales reports to support management's data analysis and strategy planning.
  • Assist in the interpretation of data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
